All I want is a comfy chair
Cotton, alpaca and some mohair
Lace weight, worsted, or fuzzy hair

Needles clicking just can’t be beat
Knit one purl two and then repeat
Sweater, afghan, socks so neat

Oh so loverly knitting up all the lace and frills
I will always splurge, who cares about the high yarn bill

A filled yarn basket beside my knee
Stash abounds as far as I can see
Who wants to envy me?
